Sherry Price: born and raised in Los Angeles California. Drawing was a favorite past time but did not take art seriously until later in life. Received a degree in Graphic Design at Mission College in 2002 and have been painting ever since, mostly self-taught. Currently working as a Movie/Animation restoration artist.

From a very little girl I always wanted to be a Famous Artist. If anyone asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, that is what I would tell them.

One of my first drawings was Snoopy on his dog house shooting at the Red Baron. My family didn't believe that I had drawn the picture myself. They made comments that I must have traced the picture because it was too good for a 5 year old to draw. Well, I made such a fuss that they had no choice but to believe me. My mom still has that drawing.

Fast forward 30 years and I am finally putting that dream into reality. I may not be a famous but doing this is what keeps me sane; although those closest to me may beg to differ.

If I could draw and paint all night and never have to leave my house to work a 9 to 5 again, I would in a New York minute!
